Overview
At Biebiewellness, we want you to love your skin care purchases. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
• Returned products must include the original packaging and seals (if any).
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skin care products (creams, serums, masks, lip products, applicators) are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrived damaged.
• Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable products, and any item clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Special Skin Care Rules
• Please perform a patch test before regular use. We provide product ingredients on each product page—follow the directions for safe use.
• We cannot accept returns for products that show evidence of improper use (for example, products used beyond recommended frequency, mixed with other substances, or applied in ways contrary to the instructions).
• If you believe you have experienced an adverse reaction, stop usage immediately and seek medical advice; contact us so we can review the case and advise next steps.
• Products returned because of allergic reaction or personal skin sensitivity will be evaluated case-by-case. We may request photos and a short description of how the product was used.
Items Not Eligible for Full Refunds
• Any product opened or used where the safety seal is broken (unless the item arrived defective).
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a number of business days depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (for example, items received in a used condition, or missing parts not due to our error). For hygiene-sensitive skin care products opened by the customer, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after inspection.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for a refund unless defective.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Olatundeolabisi85@gmail.com and send the item to the address below. We will inspect and advise on a replacement or refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges & Timing
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher value items, we recommend choosing a service with tracking and insurance.
